Fees for letting and managing your property
Uniquely, all of our
services are fully inclusive without add on fees for all the little
extras that some agents charge, like inventories or deposit
submission etc.
In addition, all our services are offered on a NO LET - NO FEE
basis.

Whilst many letting
agencies charge additional fees for items such as inventories deposit submission etc. - our philosophy is to offer a comprehensive management
service for one fee. Therefore, there
is nothing to pay until the tenant moves in and we operate a NO LET
- NO FEE policy.
The management fee is taken
monthly from the tenants rent payment before passing the balance to the
landlord. The payment stops if the tenant moves out and only starts again
when a new tenant moves in - simple!
Note: all fees and services listed are for a typical Assured
Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and all services and fees are subject to change
at anytime.

All fees in
table above include VAT.
For corporate
(Ltd or PLC) tenant applications, we will arrange a
Contractual Tenancy Agreement and the fee is £150.00 +
VAT.
NOTES:
All fees are for
a typical Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and are
subject to change at anytime.
Other income:
-
We currently
earn commission for insurance referrals.

Unlike some
agencies, we DO NOT add any commission to general
repairs carried out by our sub contractors under the
terms of our full management agreement. Any discounts we
negotiate are passed to our clients.

Occasional
commissions may be added for co-ordinating larger repair
projects, but the Landlord will be always be informed of
this first.
