Service Fee Summary:-
We believe
that the work involved in managing different types of
smaller property does not vary a great deal and have,
therefore, extended our Flat Fees structure to our Full
Management Service for all properties with up to 2
bedrooms. For Houses and other properties with 3
bedrooms or more we charge a competitive commission, see
table below:

The fees in the table above
include VAT unless stated.
* Please note for Flats or Apartments of any size, the
maximum we usually charge is £69.99 pcm (even if it has more
than 2 bedrooms).
There are no set up fees or
additional, hidden charges and we do not charge for additional fees for
tenancy renewals, or new tenancy's. Therefore, there is
nothing to pay until the tenant moves in and we operate a NO LET -
NO FEE policy.
The management fee is taken monthly
from the tenants rent payment before passing the balance to the landlord.
The payment stops if the tenant moves out and only starts again when a new
tenant moves in - simple!
Note: all fees and services listed are for a typical Assured
Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and all services and fees are subject to change
at anytime.
