If you intend to use a letting
agent, it is recommended that you use a professional agency (Look for the
NALS, OEA or ARLA logos). These confirm that you are dealing with an agent
that follows a strict code of conduct and that all client monies are bonded
in separate client accounts and fully insured. Also look for one that offers
