About Martin Property Management 

Rather than the typical Estate Agent that also offers a lettings service as a by product to sales, we are  primarily a letting and managing agency. In fact, we are the only independent Letting Agents in Kenilworth. Therefore, we are experts in letting and managing property and we cover Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick, Coventry and surrounding Warwickshire area.

Our goals are:-

We have been tenants and landlords ourselves, and have highlighted, below, some of the things that have frustrated us in the past when using a letting agent.

We have also indicated the superior service that Martin Property Management Limited (MPM) offer to counteract these issues. Whether you are a landlord or tenant we are sure that you will identify with some of them:

Frustration MPM service
You are not able to make personal calls at work but can not make contact with a letting agency outside working hours. Phone lines open at MPM from:

  9am - 6pm weekdays &

10am - 3pm Saturday.

 

Plus: email and phone messages are monitored 7 days a week outside of these hours.

Tenants - You have to take time off work to view a property because of limited agency opening hours.  MPM offer viewings at times to suit your busy schedule, generally:

9am – 6pm weekdays and 10am – 3pm Saturday

...and if you really can’t make these times we will be available by appointment earlier / later than this!

Landlord - Fed up with having to show the property to tenants yourself, or of Agencies that ask the existing occupant to show prospective new tenants around?

Tenant – fed up with being showed around a property by the existing tenant and not being able to get answers to relevant questions

A member of staff from MPM accompanies applicants on all viewings. This ensures a consistent and professional presentation of the landlord's property and also ensures that potential tenant queries can be answered .....after all that’s what you pay an agency for!

We endeavour to respond to all enquiries the same day.

We believe good communication is key to customer service. You will have a your property managers direct mobile number and we do not just return calls during opening hours. Phone and email monitored 7 days a week.
